They try to scam money from you

When I became a member I asked them if there is any contract/binding as I was not sure how long I was going to live in NY. And I was told that there is no binding.

Now when I'm trying to cancel my membership, I am being told that I signed an year long contract. Not only that there is a $50 early termination fee, but also a month's notice that they require.

Not just this, the service is awful (specially Sauna) for all the money they charge per month. There are many better and less expensive gyms out there.
