At Hands on Health,conveniently located on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook, NY, and just a few short blocks from mass transportation, we look forward to enabling our patients to return to their normal function with less pain, more strength and endurance and with an education on prevention and wellness.

Each and every patient will have an evaluation by a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and a treatment plan will be designed specifically for them. The referring physician will get a detailed plan of care and updates regarding the progress being made.

Our office has been serving Lynbrook since 1992! At Hands on Health, we work with most insurance providers as well as patients who do not have insurance coverage for Physical Therapy. Additionally, we work directly with certified lymphedema therapists who perform complete decongestive therapy for lymphedema management. Please call for information.
