The Greenwich Hotel

Often referred to as the Robert DeNiro hotel, it was originally conceived by both DeNiroand Ira Drukier.
Each room features different hotel furniture, and they have a range of cultural influences, from hand-loomed, Tibetan silk rugs to English leather settees. All beds are Duxiana from Sweden. The bathrooms use patterns of hand laid Moroccan tile or Italian Carrara marble.
The Greenwich Hotel prides itself on its state of the art, modern technology alongside the hotel's old-world charm. Room feature high-definition flat screen TVs, iPod docking stations, and complimentary WiFi. DVD players, laptop computers, faxes, and pre-loaded iPods are available upon request at no additional charge.

Karen DeMasco, one of New York City’s best pastry chefs oversees the breads, pastries, and desserts. The dessert menu includes Spumoni all Napoletana with Cherries; Toasted Almond Semi-Freddo; and hand-made gelati and sorbetti.
The wine list provides reasonably priced bottles from every region in Italy. AlsoLocanda Verde offers Moretti and other specialty beers on tap. An Italian style country back room is available for private parties, corporate and family events, including engagement and wedding receptions.
