sooo rude!!!
I called to find out if they had a wine i was looking for and was hung up on, i wasn't sure if i understood correctly so i called back and whats hung up on again, shocked i called again only to be yelled at and hung up on a third time!! Don't do business with people this rude!!!!

Bad wine, unprofessional staff and owner
I stopped in this store last night because it's located just a block away from my home and I was in the mood for some wine. Bought a relatively inexpensive bottle of white wine (~$18) from the fridge in the store, and then went back home and opened up the bottle. I immediately could tell something was wrong, as the wine was fizzing (it's a still white wine). I took a small sip anyway and it was extremely sour...clearly the wine had refermented. I immediately went back to the store to return or exchange the bottle and they refused! The manager told me that it wasn't their fault since they didn't make the wine? Are you kidding me??? What makes it even worse is the owner was off to the side listening to me complaining and when it looked like the manager was going to finally acquiesce, she yells to the manager not to exchange it, and then runs back to the office in the back of the store and closes the door on me! Oh my god...what shockingly bad business behavior!
