Through our personal training programs we have helped our members lose unwanted fat, gain strength, confidence and embrace a new way of life. Our training staff offers over 45 years of combined training experience!
You will find that RFC promotes a clean, fun and motivating environment. Whether you are training on your own, with our trainers or utilizing our many Group Exercise classes, we firmly believe that you will enjoy your experience here.

Newly remodeled -- great fitness facility.
What a remodel. Last year they went under a great remodel. Bigger facility, better equipment, personal trainers and massage therapists all on site. Whether you like to work out independently or take a class.
