Good repair but not happy
My washing machine broke down and I my lame attempt to repair it, I broke the knob off. Had the repair person come to the house and was told that the timer went bad. He ordered the part and returned a couple of days later to do repair....

I just used Island to repair my range. Their ad says a four hour window for a service appointment but they got to me within an hour.
