Terrible customer service. They ruined our trip!

" Unbelievable!! Best Experience EVER!

this was by far the most exciting, exhilarating thing We've ever done! 4 of us, all girls ages 33-40 went on this tour Oct 09 and cannot say enough great things about it!
Our Guide Deb and Rodney were Amazing! In fact, by the end of the trip we were sad to say good bye to them!
The views are Amazing! At one point they even brought me to tears!
The equipment is clean and new. The food was fantastic!
Deb was very knowledgable when we asked questions and very funny too! She made our trip unforgettable!
The tour itself went from pickup at 545 am ( on time) and ended at 3pm
We kayaked just over 4 miles and hiked 3 miles from the Arizona hot springs up to the pick up point ( hike was approx 2 hours)
Water, juice all supplied along with lots of laughs, exhillarating views, and an unforgettable experience!
We will definetly do this tour again and again!
worth every single Penny!

On a recent trip to Las Vegas we took a kayaking trip with evolution expediotions. This was the hightlight of our trip. Debbie, our guide, was wonderful. She was so attentive, fun and knowledgeable. Rod is a pleasure to work with also. We took the 3 hour Hemenway tour on Lake Mead. It was beautiful. This is a great tour for children. Our daughter is 7, and had a great time. This is also a great choice if you are a beginner. Our highest recommendations to this excellent company and tour guides.

Our tour went very smoothly. One health issue came up with another group on our tour and Evolution Expeditions employees were very helpful in resolving the issue. We had some amazing experiences along the way--the sauna cave and hot springs were very interesting. We also enjoyed seeing several hawks and big horn sheep. Being from the banks of the muddy Mississippi, we were enthralled by the clear, cold water of the Colorado River. My husband and I are around the age of 50 and found the physical effort was not too difficult. Our guide was fun and helpful, but he didn't over-guide either. Our guide was prepared with plenty of food and water and took good care of us. This was a beautiful and fun change of pace from the Vegas strip. We felt fortunate to see this corner of the world.
