Since 1982, I've been practicing law in New Mexico. For 21 years, I worked with a private law firm with offices in Albuquerque and the Navajo Nation and served as managing director. I have been an Assistant Solicitor with the U.S. Department of Interior, and now I work as a sole practitioner. Over the past 30 years I've represented hundreds of individuals in personal injury, family law, and employment cases. I served as school board attorney, general counsel for Indian tribes and counsel for small businesses. I've handled many tort claims against the federal government in the New Mexico and Arizona federal courts.

My current areas of interest include litigation in Navajo, federal and state courts and school law, especially charter schools.
