New Mexico Beef Council

The New Mexico Beef Council is a consumer-focused producer-directed organization representing the largest segment of our nation's food industry - beef production.

The mission of the New Mexico Beef Council is to promote beef consumption and education throughout New Mexico and serve as a resource for beef producers and ranchers. We are a trade organization and do not sell product to the public. We have resources, on our website, available to the public to further our mission of consumer education. Those resources include: information about proper food handling/storage, the difference between grades of beef, information about different cuts of beef, and a recipe portfolio that is searchable.
