Our Athletic Touch staff specializes in regaining and maintaining health & fitness through massage, stretching, personal training, meditation​ and breathing. Some of our therapists have an emphasis in rehabilitation from injury, surgery, repetitive movements, standing or sitting in the same position for hours at a time, over-exertion and emotional tension. Each treatment is tailored to suit your individual requests. Our staff are athletes, so we understand the life and pains of an athlete and/or weekend warrior.
