Pierre Guibor, MD, PA

Dr. Pierre Guibor is an ophthalmologist serving patients in the Secaucus, New Jersey area and surrounding communities. He attended the University of Illinois, Chicago for his MD, completed his Internship at Philadelphia General Hospital General Surgery and his Residency in Ophthalmology/Oculoplastic Surgery at the Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia. Dr. Guibor's Heed Fellowship in Plastic Surgery of orbital & face was completed at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in NYC. He maintained a teaching appointment at NY Medical College and trained 78 Fellows in Oculoplastic Surgery. Dr.Guibor has published / edited 5 textbooks , made 100s of lectures and developed #24 innovative instruments over his career in NYC. He has had a special interest in facial paralysis, artificial eyes, lacrimal surgery and craniofacial reconstruction.

Dr. Guibor can treat patients for an extensive number of procedures, including general eye follow up, eyelid problems, eyeglasses, contact lenses, retinal detachment, cataracts, cornea problems and more. He is well-versed in highly complicated procedures and welcomes you to his practice!
