Life's transitions are a contributing factor to anxiety, depression and stress. My practice focuses on treating individuals (adults, adolescents and seniors), couples and families. Treatment deals with life's changes, including marriage, divorce, children leaving for college, the simultaneous care of children and parents, chronic illness, death and grief. Problems have unique elements. All patients do not respond equally to the same approach. New patients are met with a flexible outlook allowing the development of an effective individualized treatment plan. Sessions can involve individuals, couples or families.
