PUT YOUR FAITH IN VICKIE AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

My compliments to Vickie Rosalli and her staff!
Vickie has been my insurance agent for about 20 years now. She knows more details about my family than some of my closest friends. She makes it her business to know and she never forgets important details. Over the years she has seen us through a few car accidents (including the time period when my husband owned a truck that was too long for his own good and he was constantly backing into things), as well as a recent robbery at my father's house. Though a homeowner's insurance claim is not an easy undertaking, Vickie is making it as painless as possible. She explains everything very clearly and most importantly, she always has our best interest at heart. When I say that she stands behind the policy she sold you, I have first hand knowledge. She gracefully intervened when the claims representative and I had a disagreement about replacement values of items stolen in the robbery. Her approach is very calm, reasonable, and rational....even when I may not be. When I call her office, she is always available to talk to me. If she is out, she always, always returns my call. Her staff is also very capable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Anyone considering a new insurance agent should most definitely start with the best....don't bother with the rest! Give Vickie Rosalli a call!
