We have been teaching Karate in Tenafly for over 20 years. We are family owned and operated and offer classes to people age 5 on up to infinity. We are a Whole Body Wellness Center. Along with teaching Karate and and Kardio Kickbox Classes we also offer Meditation Courses to kids and adults as well as Energy Healing, Workshops, and Life Coaching. All of which contribute to nurturing your Mind, Body and Spirit. Karate is more than a physical workout, it is a way of life.
