--ZERO STARS-- /took the work day off for an 11am-2pm service call/I called and confirmed it at 10:30 am/at 2:30 tech left message on my husband's voice mail that we would have to reschedule for following Monday (it is Wed before fourth of July and appt was made last Friday). I am furious and disgusted to say the least as I have a brand new dishwasher with stagnant water sitting in the bottom of it and stinking up my kitchen. Their reschedule consists of them calling me Friday pm with a time for Monday--...hmmm..guess they forgot some other people have to work too. All the girl on the phone can say is "sorry." No mention of tech calling to make this right--no mention of anyone trying to help accomodate us at this point, though we waited the whole day for him. Somehow I'm supposed to roll through the holiday week and take more time off to wait for them whenever they feel like showing up on Monday. I am beyond furious and I never get upset at things like this. To me it just seems like terrible service rendered by poorly managed people who really don't have any consideration for their customer. I have to use this company because of the warranty, but if I had a choice, I would not. You can also bet that If I performed by job at this capacity, I would be promptly fired. Oh yeah, my boss cares about his clients.
