Michael J. Butkus & Company is a registered investment advisory firm in Omaha, NE. Our company was formed in 1997 by owner and Omaha native, Mike Butkus, who been in the investment business for over 30 years. We manage investment portfolios for individuals, retirement plans and trusts. Because we are a small firm, you will receive the personal attention you deserve.

We do our own research, make our own single-minded conclusions and are heavily oriented towards managing portfolios of individual stocks. We will custom build a well-diversified portfolio and continuously manage it for you. Portfolios can be configured to produce regular income for you in your retirement.

But if we were picking stocks on a desert island and could only choose a singular focus—winning or not losing—we would choose not losing.

Michael J. Butkus & Company does business as a discretionary/fee-only advisor. This means that clients complete an investment policy questionnaire, and we manage accounts using these "marching orders" but without investment-by-investment involvement from clients.
