Wine Country Care Center

The Wine Country Care Center is a full service facility offering a range of care and housing to the elderly. We are unique due to our campus setting which offers three levels of care on one campus. River Garden Retirement village is across the garden from the Nursing Care Center and our secured Alzheimer's center is just across the walkway. The convenience of our facility provides flexibility and minimal disruption in the event that a loved one requires additional or specialized care
The Wine Country Care Center is located in the heart of Delta Wine Country, west of the Sierra Mountains near Sacramento. We are pleasantly surrounded by serene parks and enjoy a view of the Mokelumne River. Our beautiful location provides a peaceful environment for all that live here.
