Care Soth Home Care Inc. provides home health services including in home help, personal care, companionship meal planning, medication reminders, shopping and errands, house keeping, transportation, and specializes in Alzheimers care. We are locally owned and operated serving the Boonville, Mount Airy, and Elkin area. Our services are designed for practically any living arrangement where an older adult simply needs human interaction and help with day-to-day activities. Care Soth Home Care Agency was founded by Dara Jester Puryear, RN in 2001. Dara brings experience and understanding to the facility bringing comprehensive companionship and home care services for seniors. We believe in treating clients, their families, employees and members of the community we serve with the consideration and respect they deserve.
