Welcome to my practice! I especially like helping people discover who they really are! It’s never that person each one of us carry around in our heads that is judging and critical. I am sure you have experienced feeling really critical of yourself and feeling like what can I do about it! And then you think besides it’s probably true…I am that person who can’t seem to get what I want out of life. There is plenty you can do to change that point of view and that is what I love doing- helping you become aware that there are lots of options so you can feel better!
