My Outlook
I've lived in this development for over a year and am excited to get out. In the winter the grounds are not tended to. Trash cans in common areas are rarely emptied, pet feces, trash & cigarette butts throughout.

Average Complex, nice staff
I've lived here over two and half years and we are moving because the rents keep going up. For the same price I can move into brand new apt's being built right now.
