Appalling Customer Service
Customer service could care less that I have 2 small children at home and no heat until they're able to inspect the tank - in ONE WEEK. I have excellent credit and based on what appears to be customer service bias, I was told they would...

Poor Service
Tried calling over a period of 2 days. Phone line was busy. On 3rd day they were rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to give a price quote. We went with another vendor who was actually a few dollars higher.

Bad service
Horrible customer service. Main office is completely uninterested in customer. Garner office phone lines are always busy. An invoice with invalid charges was sent to me. No way to rectify it.
