From the beginning, we’ll sit down to discuss your questions and concerns, determine what your current or planned roofing system needs, and offer a proposal, if you so choose. And yes, it’s a proposal, not an estimate, because the price you get is the price, not an estimate of one. Certainly, there are unknowns from time to time, but those will be addressed before any work is done and you will know what to expect. It seems communication has always been somewhat lacking in the construction and home improvement business. It’s something we try to do very well. We’ll communicate with you every step of the way, from the initial inspection, to the product selection, and through the scheduling and the final inspection.
