Not seen after 1 hour and 25 minute wait!

I waited for 85 minutes and was then told that it would be at least an hour -hour and half to complete an apt for a routine eye exam!!!! As a working mom of a school aged child, this is beyond unacceptable! We left and will not...

Long wait-no explanation

My daughter and I waited over one hour and forty minutes for an evaluation buy an ENT doctor. There was no explanation from the staff nor explanation or apology from the doctor. This is clearly an unacceptable way to deal with patients. ...
