PrimeCare Medical Center is a privately owned medical facility. Established in 1996, we are located on the Northwest Corridor in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our mission is to achieve excellence in our community through the delivery of quality healthcare and educational information. The center has three medical professionals, who specialize in a wide array of services. Dr. Patrick Evivie, the center?s Medical Director, has a special interest in the treatment of diabetes. Our state-of-the-art facility recently opened a diabetic clinic to assist our patients with nutritional and educational needs.
