Operations, Inc is a Charlotte, NC based consultative, professional services organization with defined methodologies designed to provide for small to mid-sized businesses. Operations, Inc was established in early 2007 with the mission to provide IT service management and top-level systems engineering expertise to achieve excellent customer satisfaction within the IT industry. To accomplish this mission, our team has aligned itself with best practice methodologies such as ITIL v3 and Microsoft Operations Framework.
