As far as Al, the guy who I dealt with while getting information and booking the limo, goes, he was fine. He gave me a pretty decent quote so I went with this company for chauffeuring me and 6 other ladies around the city to barhop for my birthday. Now the driver (Mark) and the experience for the night went a lil differently than I expected. Considering the types of events that limos are rented for you would think that the driver would be a bit more enthusiastic. There was no ice or water in the limo like I was told it would be and we had to cut into my 4hr ride to ride around and find some. i asked him if I needed to call Al in order to get that extra time added on to the end of the ride and he literately stopped in the middle of road (Sugar Creek) to turn around and tell me that he had never had anyone say that to him and that we were going to try to have a good night. But he was obviously irritated and not very personable. If it were not for Mark the driver I would use this place again but he completely ruined it for me and I was not able to truly enjoy the ride I spent 384 dollars for. Never again
