The company is spearheaded by Jim Davis, a creative director and seasoned graphic designer. Jim has worked with hundreds of brands nationally and internationally and helps to support many clients with their design and marketing needs. Trained as an art director, Jim has gained considerable skills in providing creative services to his clients including copywriting, design, production management, concept development, brand management, video production, photography, illustration and motion graphics.

Jim is originally from Detroit Michigan where he began his career at DMB&B in Bloomfield Hills. His first job was an art director on the General Motors account servicing the Cadillac brand. From print design to television production, Jim gained valuable skills that put him on a path toward creative problem solving. He relocated to Minneapolis, MN in 1996 to pursue a more creative culture and landed at The Cullinan Group where he managed the Green Mountain Energy account. He left The Cullinan Group in 200 to form Mind Spark Creative. After 13 years, Mind Spark has become a globally recognized creative force.
