Dr. Payne evaluates and treats a full range of ear, nose, and throat and head and neck problems as well as ENT allergy problems. Our office is equipped to handle facial skin problems including performing facial laser surgeries. She has been a surgeon in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove for over 40 years. She was the first female otolaryngologist to be certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology in Minnesota.
