With over 35 years of experience, I have had extensive backgrounds in varying settings, from a nursing background to psychiatry and mental health. With a speciality in individual and couples therapy, I believe in a warm appraoch with a sense of humor. I truly enjoy what I do, I work primarily with adults across the lifespan. I am an active therapist and I like to make therapy a colaborative process and for my clients to feel that it was a productive use of his or her time. I hold myself to a high level of integrity and have earned the trust of my patients. Some areas that I have helped other with issuses include, but not limited to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and relationship issues. Though a clinical nurse specialist, I, personally, do not prescribe medications, but work closely with psychiatrists if medication is required.
