M. Sue Wilson Law Offices, P.A., is a Twin Cities-based law firm dedicated exclusively to the practice of family law. Led by managing partner M. Sue Wilson, a Stanford Law School graduate who has practiced family law for more than 40 years, we strive to attain the best result for each and every client.

Driven by a relentless passion for justice, our firm is one of the largest of its kind in Minnesota. We also have one of the state’s largest appellate practices. We have argued more than 70 cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In fact, a large percentage of our practice is devoted to litigation and appellate work. We have prevailed in some of the state’s most high-profile cases, including In re Guardianship of Kowalski, 478 N.W. 2d 790. These efforts have been widely praised for shaping Minnesota’s family law and policy.

Because of our litigation talent, ability, and reputation, most of our cases settle outside of court, saving our clients the headache of drawn-out cases.
