I have been taking my Saturn's to your place instead of the dealership in Fairfield, Saturn was good but your people are better. Just had some work done on my 2007 Outlook, worked with Leo, be sure and let Leo know I was very happy with the way I was treated, if Leo treats everybody, I'm sure he does, the way I was treated you have yourself an excellent employee. I couldn't be that friendly, customers can be such jerks sometimes, it has to be hard at times to keep a "happy face".

At first I was afraid that your mechanics wouldn't be as experience on Saturn's but last year I found out different. I forget the mechanics name but he found a problem I was having on my Outlook that everybody else said "These Saturn's are noted for this", how many times have you heard that.

Anyway I will get off my "soapbox"

I have no complaints

It is a pleasure to have my car serviced by Team Chevrolet. Sean is the service manager that usually works with me (and my boyfriend, Glenn) with regards to my XLR. Your technicians are knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I have no complaints with their work or their suggested maintenance. Even with the complex and sensitive instruments on this car, I am absolutely satisfied with the expertise your staff demonstrates. I would not take this car anywhere else for service. You have made my ownership experience much less stressful with a car like this. That is a very nice feeling.

They were able to find the car I want and Donna and Trish even decorated the inside as it was a birthday present for my wife. Everyone at your facility

Its has been a blessing

My HHR is the 5th car I own, and this is the ""first"" dealership I have returned repeatedly for services. I have been rip-off by auto mechanic shop I show own one by now. Its has been a blessing from the most High God that I haven't had to go anywhere else as of yet.
