Alden park towers is a rip off ! They show u the model apartment and you think it's great ! I loved my apartment until one week of staying their I saw a huge cock roach ! And the second week the elevator was broken and it stayed broke for 9 months it took them 7 months to have someone come fix it! They have 8 floors and there is 17 stairs for each floor so I can imagine the aggravation ! Also there Is only 4 washers and 4 fryers for this huge building, so that's 4 seperate apartments using 4 washers. The indoor is scary , trashy , and moldy! They don't show u the garage when viewing so make sure u ask ! The tenants eventually start leaving trash every where cause they don't wanna walk it down! The one star is only for the apartment itself , the building facility is horrible !
