Allan J. Gibber

Neuberger, Quinn, Gielen, Rubin & Gibber, P.A., is a regional law firm located in downtown Baltimore. The firm engages in a general business practice with areas of concentration in corporate transactions, litigation, real estate, estates and trusts, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property.

Allan J. Gibber concentrates his law practice primarily in estate and succession planning, estate and gift taxation, wills and trusts and probate and trust administration.

Additionally, Allan is a regular lecturer on estate administration and estate planning for MICPEL, the Registers’ and Orphans’ Courts’ Associations, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and numerous other professional organizations. He has written extensively on estate planning, probate rules and administration, including his widely acclaimed Gibber on Estate Administration which he regularly updates and is in its fifth edition.
