Schwartz Medical Group in Norwood, Dover, Westwood, Dedham, Canton, Stoughton, Attleboro, and West Roxbury, Massachusetts, is a primary care practice devoted to adult medicine. 

Opened in 1969 by managing director Melvin J. Schwartz, MD, and his wife, Kay, a registered nurse, Schwartz Medical Group has expanded care and services with a team of doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, and various technicians.

The internal medicine practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of many chronic health conditions, including diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and hypothyroidism. The team also offers a pain management program. 

Additionally, Schwartz Medical Group has been approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to certify patients for the Medical Use of Marijuana Program. They offer medical marijuana certification for patients with qualifying conditions, such as chronic pain, glaucoma, anxiety, and depression.
