The development of this therapeutic relationship is a necessary tool for proper diagnosis and treatment. Our acupuncturists are Diplomates in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.), the widest scope of certified practice a Licensed Acupuncturist can have in the U.S. After obtaining a Clinical Master’s degree in Acupuncture and equivalent Chinese Herbology training, Diplomates pass board exams administered by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), covering the scope of acupuncture, herbal medicine, biomedicine, nutritional therapy, Asian bodywork/traditional Asian physical therapies, Qi Gong/Tai Chi, lifestyle education, and meditation.
