I am a psychotherapist in private practice for over 14 years, with offices in Cambridge and Needham. I work with individuals, couples and groups, as well as teach assertiveness training classes. My goal is to help people feel better and live more fulfilling lives by working with them in a thoughtful, collaborative, and change-oriented process. By treating people compassionately and respectfully, I help them increase their emotional strength and sense of innocence and self-love. Through listening, questioning, discussing and encouraging experimentation, I have helped many people have more enjoyable, productive and satisfying lives. Available by appointment only.
