We interview every dog, before they start Doggy Day Camp, and our Camp is staffed 100% of the time with our Certified Camp Counselors. We also offer Grooming services - you can make an appointment anytime, or reserve one as part of your pet's stay with us.

Best Friends is wonderful!
Bean has been attending Camp for 2 years and she has so much fun with all her buddies. At the end of the day, she is a very happy and well exercised pup. The Staff is caring and Becky, the mgr is always available to answer questions.

I will never forgive myself for leaving my dog there!
Unfortunately we had an emergency and had to find a place to board our dog on short notice. This was the only place. The employee who took my dog, put some leash around her neck, ripped off her collar and took her away...to be left in a cage by herself. You have to pay for every 5 minutes of playtime! Other places offer to have dogs play together during the day. Plus I had to pay for the full day on Sun because the pick up time was late, so it counted as a full day...they didn't tell me that ahead of time!

Horrible experience
I, too, will never forgive myself for leaving my dog at Best friend boarding for a weekend. The employee who took my dog in, who name tag stated he was a manager, was so miserable it was hard to believe he even liked animals.. He barely looked up from the computer he checked me in with. When I picked up my dog two days later, a younger kid told me he didn't eat much and when I brought him home he was very lethargic and didn't start eating normally again for days. Customer Service was horrible and I still feel horrible to think of the way my dog was treated while he was there...

Best Friends Pet Care Inc is the worst of the worst
My family and I will never board a dog at this facility again. We went away for a vacation and left our Great Dane with them for about 6 days. He was very large in size and was used to sleeping on a foam bed to prevent his hips/joints/elbows from getting scratched or sore. We brought this bed with specific instructions as to why he needed it, as we KNEW that all the kennels didn't provide any bedding other than a sheepskin rug. They took it and said they would be more than happy to set it up for him, and ensured us he was in good hands. When we returned to pick him up, we expected him to run out and greet us but instead the front desk person told us that he would not get up off the floor. They NEVER gave him his bed, the dog had refused to eat, and he had massive sores and deep cuts all over him from laying on (basically) hard concrete. We had to practically carry a 180 lb dog to our car. We refused to pay for the service, threatened legal action when they resisted until they finally g

Best Friends Pet Care Inc is great!
I bring my beagle, Penny, to Best Friends in Tyngsboro about two days a week for doggy day camp. She loves playing with her friends and the staff is always very friendly. Penny has been groomed at Best Friends many times and they do a fantastic job. She has been boarded a few times and I always feel comfortable leaving her there. They take great notes on what I need and expect during Penny's stay and I've never had a problem. Whenever I have a question, the staff (especially management) will take the time to talk with me even if they're busy. I'm very satisfied with the level of care that Penny receives at Best Friends.

Best Friends Pet Care Inc is a wonderful place
What do I just love Best Friends in Tyngsboro. The Manager, Becky and the entire staff is just wonderful. I would not bring my dogs anywhere else. When being boarded, groomed or at day care, Daisze and Oliver come out happy and I always feel as though they got the best care possible. The Tyngsboro facility is a compliment and asset to your corporation. I thank each employee at this location for their top notch service.
