Started in 1969 by Fred Dolan III, F.L Dolan Plumbing and Heating has long been a standard of quality service for the greater Marlborough area. After several years working for his father, Fred Dolan IV took over the business in 1999. For many years he has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. When you call Dolan Plumbing and Heating, your call will not be answered by a secretary or call service, Fred strives to always answer every phone call (so long as he has cell phone service). Also, with no employees or subcontractors you can feel secure knowing that the expert you spoke to on the phone will be the only plumber entering your home. In addition, Dolan Plumbing strives to maintain a level of integrity that can be hard to find in service providers. All permits and inspections are completed according to Massachusetts state law by a licensed master plumber.
