they don't stand by their work!
I had been a repeat customer of Airtek for about 15 years,however, I won't be doing business with them again or recommending Airtek. The last time they cleaned my air vents, the tech told me we needed a new air filter. Trusting his advice we purchased it. After we started experiencing problems with our a/c, we found out it was because we had too much filtration. The Airtek filter was actually blocking the air. I'm sure we spent a lot more money to heat and cool our home because of this unnecessary filter. The owner, Neil. would not refund the $136.45 for the filter. I spent another $300 to fix my a/c.
