My family and I stayed at the Homewood Suites in NOLA and absolutely loved It! The huge two bedroom suit easliy accomodated our six member family. The complimentary full breakfast 7 days a week and Manager's Special (light dinner)M-Th cut costs tremendously for our large family. Service was great! Complimentary business center and pool for all guests were wonderful. This was the best family-friendly hotel we have stayed in so far.

The best hotel ever. I could not believe the size of the suite and all of the food that was included in the price. Breakfast and dinner was included. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We will definately return.

MOLD!!
I recently stayed at this establishment on mother's day weekend of 2009. I enjoyed my stay but to my disbelief there were lots of noticeable mold in the showers. You could smell it and see it, how filthy and disgusting for such a well known brand. I gave it 2 stars because I felt that they could resolve this issue since I've stayed at other homewood suites (in other cities) without this type of filth.

Horrible Customer Service
I have never been to a hotel where the front desk people want to argue with you. The meaning of customer service and hospitality is lost on these people. Don't waste your time!! Stay somewhere closer to the French Quarter anyway, this place is quite a hike away.American Express
