great place
This dental office is great! small and friendly- the dentists even came in during off hours when we had an emergency with our 2year old son- we were able to call him at home very easily- i would definitely recommend this office!

Expensive and rude
I was new to town and tempted by the add for free whitening. I made my appt and went. The offices just looked and unclean. You don't have a private room. You're in a cubicle setting and can see other patients. The assistant and hygenist were friendly, but the dentist didn't really talk to me much. Also, I didn't get a cleaning. I asked about it once I got there and they told me I should have requested it and they don't give cleanings to first time patients. My quotes for fillings were way above the norm and the receptionists were rude. I would never go back! Oh, and you can only get the free whitening once you have all the work they recommend done.

Terrible!
I can only agree with Megans review and pile on. The staff is very nice, but if the office staff would do a pre-cert, I wouldn't be at war with them right now. I was assured my appointment would be covered by my co-pay SEVERAL times otherwise I couldn't keep it. The main girl, Katie told me to ignore all the bills I was getting while she was still dealing with the insurance, and called to ask me to call them too to see what was up. Basically calling me in to cover her ass cos she goofed!
