My practice is very limited in its scope. Currently, I represent clients with just two kinds of legal problems.

The first, and primary, focus of my law practice is resolving traffic-related legal problems. Each year, I represent hundreds of clients who have driving-related legal problems. Since I handle a high volume of these types of cases, I have a unique and detailed knowledge of the Judges, staff members, pretrial diversion programs, policies, and Deputy Prosecutors, involved with legal problems of this type in the Indianapolis area Courts. I assist clients with moving traffic violations, traffic-related criminal charges such as OWI's, default judgments, suspensions due to missed Court dates, and expungement of traffic-related convictions and suspensions from driving records. I assist clients with these legal problems by appearing for them at hearings, scheduling and changing Court dates, and negotiating settlements and dismissals with Court staffs and Deputy Prosecutors.

My traffic-related practice also includes representing drivers who have had their driving privileges suspended for short periods of time. These suspensions may result from an arrest or conviction for drink driving, for a conviction for driving without insurance or driving while suspended, for unpaid tickets, and for lengthy driving histories. I work directly with the Courts, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and with insurance companies and agents, to arrange for my clients' driving privileges to be reinstated and to obtain Hardship Licenses for my clients.
