The WORST experience EVER!!
The management did not care of the customer needs, in fact, I over-heard them talking rudely about a customer. I asked for help several times and was rudely ignored. Their staff is ill trained. The store is a disgrace, things were in the wrong location, empty hooks. And the copy center specialist (haha) was rude and did NOT know what she was doing. My suggestion, take the extra time and drive to the Southport Staples for better customer service. Especially if you do have copy and print needs, their specialist is very knowledgeable and gives OUTSTANDING quality!
