I will never have them tow anything for me again. When the manager new we was on our way with the key the towman decided to not wait and said he used a break kit to get in my left side back window latch got broke .the guy said dont worry they would replace it. Needless to say when i picked my car up from the shop my window was still broke. And now they are denying it happening by them.it is justa latch and probably dont cost much but it is a matter of,trust in your word and evidentally they dont believe in honesty. So next time someones car breaks down just know you cant trust them.
