Martial Arts, Life Skills & Self-Defense Centre since 1992 offering programs for children (ages 4+), youth, adults and individuals with special needs (autism). We operate four locations in Metro Vancouver facilitating personal empowerment via Martial Arts education. We offer both group classes and private lessons.
