We are a family-run business providing chainsaw and forestry products to both professionals and home users. With over 25 years of experience in the arboriculture industry as skilled tree surgeons and foresters, our hands-on expertise means we only offer products we truly understand and use ourselves - both in the field and at home.
We've been serving customers online for many years, starting on eBay in 2006 as a new retailer offering high quality, low priced chainsaw chains delivered straight to your door. We were also among the first to launch a dedicated website, offering a wider range of products and a more personalised service.
In 2020, we sold that well known, long established business and took a short break travelling Europe on our motorbikes, a long-time dream now fulfilled! Now, in 2025, we're proud to launch Burden Arb Chainsaw Chains - building on nearly 20 years of e-commerce experience and over 10 years as an authorised Oregon main dealer. We continue our mission to provide quality products, outstanding value and friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
Everything available on our website is actually in stock and ready for immediate dispatch with FREE delivery across the UK, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands at no extra cost. We also provide sameday dispatch of all orders placed online before 2.30pm and we have no minimum order value.
