We’re super careful about who joins our team. During the recruitment process, every candidate has to take part in a rigorous multi-step assessment process, which includes psychometric and personality assessments, numerical and verbal reasoning tests, communication evaluations, and job simulation. As a result, only a small percentage of the participants make it who’re really extraordinary.
