Located in the heart of the city at 8634 S Pulaski Rd, we serve patients from Ashburn, Gage Park, West Elsdon, Brighton Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. Our clinic was established to fill a critical gap in accessible healthcare for wo rking families who need quality medical care without the long wait times of emergency rooms or the scheduling constraints of traditional primary care offices. We understand that medical needs don’t follow a 9 – to – 5 schedule, which is why we’re open seven da ys a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
