The Energetics Institute is at the forefront of Body Mind Psychotherapy practice and research in Perth, Western Australia. We offer Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching solutions, with particular emphasis on the Body Mind connection, as well as offering traditional talk therapy. We offer Individual, Couples/Marriage/Relationship Therapy, Family and Group Therapy. We have a wholistic approach to healing where the focus is on the mind, body and emotions. We deal with a range of conditions including Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, Abuse, Addictions, Anger Management, Stress Management, Grief, Crisis Management, Low Energy, Self Esteem issues, Shame, Guilt, Co-dependency. We use techniques related to Integrative Body-Mind Psychotherapy based on the underlying principles of Core Energetics, Bioenergetics, Reichian therapy, the work of Bruce Lipton, Candace Pert, trauma specialist Pat Ogden, consciousness leaders such as Ken Wilber, and Family Constellations work of Bert Hellinger. The aim is to effectively and holistically treat the entire essence of each person by consciously incorporating mind, emotions, body and spirit. We regularly hold free talks in Perth, Western Australia on Integrative Body Mind Psychotherapy.
