Tony Hoffman, a Clovis, California native, is a renowned motivational speaker, author, and mental health advocate. Once a top-ranked amateur BMX athlete, Tony’s promising career took a devastating turn due to addiction. His struggles with mental health and substance abuse led to homelessness, crime, and a prison sentence.

During his incarceration, Tony experienced a profound spiritual awakening and set ambitious goals: to race BMX professionally, participate in the Olympics, establish a nonprofit, and become a speaker. After his release in 2008, Tony relentlessly pursued these dreams. He raced BMX professionally, coached Olympic athletes—including Brooke Crain, who placed 4th at the Rio Games—and founded the Freewheel Project to empower youth through action sports.
